Your Account Settings (previously know as Account Profile) is the area that contains details about organization contact information, Principal Controlling Officer, processing fees, bank EFT info, and your charity logo.
Access the Account profile from the main landing page of the control panel or through the "person" icon in the new top navagation menu.
The Organization information is self-editable except for the charity name and ein.
A Principal Controlling Officer is a person who has been authorized by the charity's board of directors to act on its behalf during any legal or tax matters that may arise. In practice this means a person who can sign documents that affect the charity, and the signature is binding.
A PCO may be an officer of the charity, such as president, vice president, founder, executive director, or a member of the board that has authority to act on behalf of the charity.
Since we process payments on your behalf, our regulators and financial partners require us to perform identity verification. The collection of this information is intended to promote transparency and prevent individuals from using complex company structures to hide terrorist financing, money laundering, tax evasion, and other financial crimes. Identity verification requirements are now standard within the financial industry, including all payment processors.

Other service charges and fees
You may see fees per transaction in your Deposits > Individual Transactions detail page.
The bank account info on file may be viewed in the Bank Deposits tab of your account profile page.
Update your bank account info and upload one form of supporting documentation.
Once the supporting documentation is reviewed by GiveDirect staff, the status will be changed to "Verified."
GiveDirect and America's Best Charities use different accounting systems. If you have accounts with both organizations, please submit updated data in each system separately.
This tab should be straight-forwared and self-explanatory. If you already have a logo on file, you will see it displayed. If not, or if it needs to be updated, use the "Submit A New Logo" button.
If you use a donor standard email acknowledgement, you may view the email by clicking on the "Preview Email" button. Re-submit a modified logo if necessary for size or appearance.
If you use a custom email for any of your donation forms, go to the Email Receipts area of your Control Panel to preview those emails.
