How To Reconcile Your Deposit
How to Update Bank Info
Deposit may be received monthly or once a week
- Once-a-month deposit schedule is the default. Payments in the preceding month will be deposited via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to your bank by the 10th of the following month. For example, January payments will be deposited not later than the 10th of February.
- Once-a-week schedule is available for charities that process a monthly average greater than $75,000.
- Transactions received between Sunday and Saturday are deposited on Thursday of the following week.
- The exception is the end of the month. A week that straddels two months will receive two deposits that cover that calendar week. For example, for the week of April 29 through May 4, two deposits would be made: one for the 29th through the 31st, and one for the 1st through the 4th.
