Auto Cancellations


Each month before recurring transactions are processed, a search is performed for all transactions that failed to process successfully in the previous month, but have not been updated. Transactions that failed due to an invalid credit card number, outdated expiration date, or that have been declined in the two previous months will be terminated.

The donor may have his/her transaction reactivated by calling the charity or GiveDirect and providing updated payment information.
