Deposit Schedule

The standard Deposit schedule is once a month. Weekly deposits may be received under certain conditions.

• Once-a-month deposit schedule is the default. Payments in the preceding month will be deposited via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to your bank by the 3rd of the following month. For example, January payments will be deposited not later than the 3rd of February.

• Once-a-week schedule is available for charities that process a monthly average greater than $30,000.
• For weekly deposits, transactions received between Sunday and Saturday are processed for deposit on Tuesday of the following week.

Transaction Funds Settlement

Payrix (our payments partner) submits transaction settlement batches daily to the processor for both credit cards and ACH transactions at 9:30 PM EST. Each batch is composed of all sale and refund activity that has been captured for processor settlement within the daily period.

• Transactions processed after 9:30 PM EST will be captured in the next day's batch.
• Card payments are settled, then the Merchant's account is funded the next business day.
• ACH payments are settled, then the Merchant's account is funded within 3-5 business days.
• Transactions that do not meet the settlement time threshold criteria will be held until the next deposit period.
