Recurring Payments

Processing Date

GiveDirect processes recurring payments once a month, on or about the 15th. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, recurring transactions may by delayed until the next business day.

This policy is applicable to all recurring frequencies: monthly, quarterly, and annual.

The exception to this policy is a donor who has changed the frequency of a donation from monthly or quarterly to annual. If the donor wishes to have an annual donation processed during a specific month, the donor or the charity may send a request to support@givedirect.org and we will be happy to modify the processing date.
