If a charity uses multiple payment forms, there may be occasions when a donor uses an incorrect campaign form to complete the payment/donation. To correct this, you can "Reassign" the payment/donation to the correct campaign form.
- Locate the transaction in transaction reports.
- Click the transaction ID to open the detail page.
- Click the pale green Reassign button in the Transaction Information section.
- Select the correct campaign from the drop-down list.
- Click the dark green "Reassign" button to save your work.
The Reassign feature is not yet available for Recurring transactions. If you need a recurring transaction reassigned, please call or email Customer Service.
If your form has a progress bar, the amount on the progress bar will automatically be updated with the reassigned transaction amount.
Note: The reassignment will only apply to future donations. If the donation is recurring, you may need to also reassign past transactions.
